Mrs. Hernandez has over 18 years of program and project coordination experience with focus on communications, office management, and accounting. Much of her experience has focused on Community Grants Management for a major non-profit in Oakland, CA. She has a strong ability to handle numerous challenging projects simultaneously.
Ana Maria has established usable program and project reports for public agencies, corporations and non-profits while effectively meeting rigid grant and fund source deadlines and requirements. Her major deliverables have included monthly budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis reports, local/state/federal fund source cost control, and she has successfully coordinated numerous contracts, grants, public and private loans, and project funds disbursements.
