VSCE supported the City of Manteca’s Big League Dreams Sports Park Complex.  The Big League Dreams (BLD) Sports Park is a City-owned recreational sports complex that is operated by Big League Dreams. Our team provided project management through the final design phase and scope the construction management and inspection during the construction and commissioning phase. VSCE also oversaw the construction of a state-funded project that was delivered by a non-profit for a Port of Oakland/City of Oakland property and was ultimately operated as a city park.
